公司简介company profile:

　　北京优尼沃斯科技发展有限公司, 成立于2000年8月, 位于北京CBD核心区。成立至今一直专注于国内外地区之间技术、设备、产品的交流与服务。

　　成立初期，公司代理了欧洲知名公司的产品，并开发其在中国的市场。主要产品有：意大利豪华游艇、荷兰的超低氧气调库设备、荷兰的果蔬分选设备等。

　　从2005年起，公司通过与哥伦比亚拥有百年历史的企业集团合作，将中国的产品和技术带到了美洲，并成为其在中国的采购基地。主要产品涉及钢厂改造、冶金设备、建材厂及建材设备、食品及食品机械等，主要完成的项目有美洲较早一个由中国公司独立设计、制造并安装的完整石膏板生产工厂、美洲较早一个由中国公司设计、制造设备进行钢厂改造的项目，同时也为美洲著名食品公司提供食品生产和包装设备等等。

　2017年公司与哥伦比亚最大MRO供应商签署战略合资合作协议，为其拉美市场提供有力保障。

　　同时，公司将继续在坚持并专注提供设备和产品的同时，积极地向纵深方向发展，开拓BOT、BT、MT等多种项目。

Introduction

Beijing universe Science and Technology Co., Ltd,was founded in August 2000, we are located in Beijing CBD , is always concentrating on the intercourses and services for the technology, equipment, and products between the different places of the world since the beginning.

In the beginning, the company gets the dealerships to sell the products from the famous companies in Europe, and develops Chinese markets for these companies. The main products are: Italian luxury yacht, ultra low-oxygen atmosphere controlling equipment from the Netherland, sorting equipment for fruit and vegetable from the Netherland.

Since 2005, the company begins to cooperate with one Colombian group who has over one hundred years,which lead to bring Chinese technologies and products to America, and then becomes its procurement base in China. The main products those have been involved to the revamping of steel making factories, metallurgical equipment, building material factories, construction equipment, and food machinery. The main achievements are, the installation of the early completed gypsum board factory only designed and provided by a Chinese company in the America, the early metallurgical equipment designed and provided for the steelmaking revamping project in the America, and the installaion of various food processing equipment and packing machines for the American famous companies.

Meanwhile, the company is keeping on the service and supplying the equipment and products, and meanwhile on the direction of the market development, we exploit different projects with different models, such as BOT, BT, MT, etc.

2003	→	The company gets the dealership for the luxury yachts of PERMARE, RAFFAELLI from Italy

2004	→	The company gets the dealership to sell in China for fruit/vegetable sorting equipment of GREEFA of the Netherland

2005	→	The company gets the dealership to sell in China ultra-low oxygen controlling whole sets of equipment of VAN AMERONGEN organization of the Netherland.
	→	The early sorting line of GREEFA begins to work in China
	→	Started the cooperates with Latin America LUKER international group in China, and becomes its procurement base in China.

2006	→	The contract is signed for a Chinese gypsums board production line of the Chinese early one to be installed in America, which was designed and manufactured solely by a Chinese company
	→	The early set of atmosphere controlling equipment of VAN AMERONGEN is installed and began to run in China.
	→	The contract is signed for a Chinese continuous casting machine of the Chinese early one to be installed in America, which was designed and manufactured solely by a Chinese company
	→	several machines are purchased for food processing and packing of coffee, cookie, candy, chocolate etc.

2007	→	The contract is signed for a steelmaking factory revamping project of the Chinese early one in America, which was designed and manufactured solely by the Chinese company
	→	The contract is signed for a Chinese electrical furnace of the Chinese early one to be installed in America, which was designed and manufactured solely by a Chinese company

2008	→	The early Chinese continuous casting machine of the Chinese early one in America is installed and began to run
	→	The frist electrical furnace of the Chinese early one in America is installed and begins to run
	→	The contract is signed for a de-dusting system for the steelmaking of the Chinese early one in America, which is one designed and manufactured by a Chinese company

2009	→	The steelmaking revamping project of the Chinese early one in America is finished and accepted, it was one designed and manufactured by the Chinese company
	→	The early Chinese de-dusting system installed in America began to run, which was designed and manufactured solely by the Chinese company

2010	→	The contract is signed for a steel scrap shredding line for the steelmaking in America, which is the Chinese early one designed and manufactured by the Chinese company
	→	Contracts are signed for the installaion of automatic tube mills in south America
	→	The contracts are signed for several automatic, various machines for the steel bar processing, welding etc.

2011	→	The scrap shredding line was erected and begins to work, it is the Chinaes early one in America designed and manufactured by the Chinese company
	→	The tube mills are installed and began to work
	→	The steel bar machines are installed and began to work
	→	The contract is signed for a SVC electrical net treatment for a steel furnace

2012	→	The SVC system is installed and began to treat the electrical net for the EAF

2013	→	roll forming lines for floor/drywall etc.

2014	→	wire mesh welding lines

2015	→	pipe galvanizing line

2017	→	MRO procurement

2018	→	The address of company is changed to Tianzhu town, Shunyi district, Beijing

2019	→	The company is certificated as one of piloting sample trading enterprises

2021	→	Begin to work in home because of covid-19 pandemic
